Welcome to Colonial Pointe Villa, our vacation home in South Fort Myers, on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida.  The house was a former model home for the neighbourhood and is furnished and appointed to the highest standards, with its own private pool.  Colonial Pointe is an exclusive, gated community of just 72 single-family homes, surrounding a peaceful lake.

It's within easy reach of all kinds of facility you could need.  Just 10 minutes from the glorious west coast islands of Sanibel and Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach, all with beautiful white-sand beaches and surrounded by great golf courses, and with a wide selection of local shops and restaurants.

Fort Myers is a great place for a vacation, for all the family.  You can just chill out on the Island beaches or in the pool if that's your thing.  Or if you want things to do, there's everything from fantastic wildlife in its natural habitat or searching for tropical shells, to golf, parasailing, jet skiing, scuba diving, ... you can even hire a Harley Davidson!
