| Outside the house |
| You can relax and enjoy the views of the lake and birdlife from the large private pool and deck area, and read, chat or eat in the shade of the lanai with its own ceiling fan and outdoor lighting. The pool is large and Italian-style, with underwater lighting. Around it are sun loungers and patio chairs with a large patio table under the lanai. Depending on what our most recent guests have left in the house, the range of pool toys can be amazing (our thanks goes to everyone who does this) |
| Pool cleaning and garden maintenance are provided weekly, and our property manager and his friendly team offer a personal and comprehensive service to let you enjoy your vacation. |
| Electric pool heat is optional. If you want to use the pool between November and early April most guests choose to use it (as do we). |
| Inside |
| The house is fully air-conditioned and offers luxurious and spacious accommodation. All rooms have ceiling fans for hot Florida days. Beautifully carpeted and tiled throughout in cool shades. |
| There are 3 separate living areas: 2 indoors (the great room and the den), and the lanai outdoors by the pool. Plenty of space for people to spread themselves out and do their own thing. |

| The Great Room |
| The main living area is the great room. This is a large open-plan, airy space with views across the pool to the lake. Its focus is a luxurious seating area with a large leather corner sofa, and large hi-definition cable TV with top-of-the-range audio system. You can play music from your iPod, and we have left a selection of CDs and DVDs that we enjoy. There are also tourist and wildlife guides, maps and a huge range of novels, many left by guests. |
| There are two eating areas in the Great Room, one more informal in the nook by the kitchen, overlooking the lake and pool, the other more formal for more special occasions. |
| Den, study or 4th bedroom - use it as you choose |
| The den has a comfortable sofa and its own flatscreen TV with integral DVD player. The sofa converts to a queen-sized sofabed if required. For those who want a connected office, it also has a desk. Free high speed wifi internet access or there is the option of connecting via a cable if you prefer. Just bring your laptop. There's a printer too. |
| Bedrooms |
| The master Bedroom suite has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, closet / wardrobe and en-suite luxury bathroom comprising bathtub, twin sinks and large walk-in shower. There's also a quiet seating area in the bay overlooking the pool and lake, where you can read or just relax. |
| The 2nd bedroom has a queen size double bed and flatscreen TV. The 3rd bedroom has twin singles. Each bedroom has its own closet / wardrobe, and they share a second bathroom with bathtub and shower. The whole of this guest wing can be closed off from the main living areas to keep the noise of the main house out. |
| Kitchen and Laundry |

The kitchen is extremely well appointed:
A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided in the separate laundry room next to the kitchen. |
| Linen & towels, hairdryers and everything else |
| All bed linen and towels (bathroom and pool) are provided, and there are hairdryers and hair straighteners in both bathrooms. |
| Normal use of water and electricity is included in the rental price, as is final cleaning. |
| In addition to everything above, guests sometimes leave things behind, intentionally or otherwise. Whatever you find in the house is for you to use and enjoy! |
