Prices include all local taxes and cleaning on departure, as well as utilities and all linen / towels.

Electric pool heat is available if required.  It's $120 per week, and can be requested either at the time of booking, or can be quickly and easily organised when you are in the house.  Pool heat is normally provided from 9am to 6pm each day.  From the moment it's turned on, the pool can take a couple of days to get up to temperature, depending on the weather. Most people like pool heat if they want to swim between October / November & March / April, depending on the weather.

Discounts are available for stays of a month or more.

There is a booking deposit of £150 / $250 per week, and the balance is due 8 weeks before your first night in the house.
